Ex-EchoStar Program Official Joins Denver Law Firm
A former EchoStar Communications programming executive joined the Denver law firm of Moye White, officials said Tuesday.
Ken Tolle, EchoStar’s former vice president of programming and business affairs, is coming to the 45-attorney firm with expertise in distribution deals. Tolle left EchoStar in May, but during his tenure at the satellite provider he worked on agreements with every major content company and was part of an EchoStar team that concluded over $15 billion in content licenses and associated corporate transactions.
As vice president of programming and business affairs for EchoStar, Tolle was responsible for the business and legal aspects of deal strategy, contract negotiation and operational execution.
Prior to his tenure at EchoStar, Tolle was a lawyer with Western Integrated Networks LLC, the nation’s first “fiber-to-the-home” cable over-builder, and Doyle Zakhem Suhre and Lilly, LLC of Denver.
Moye White’s media and telecommunications practice spans basic and premium programming networks, production companies, sports athletes, novelists, on-air talent, research and consulting companies, software and website developers, advertising agencies and industry non-profit organizations.
