Comcast-owned ExerciseTV will premiere a new workout video starring former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert via video on demand prior to its DVD release.
The video, 21-Day Red Hot Bikini Body Makeover, will hit home video stores on Aug. 10, but is currently available to 38 million viewers on ExerciseTv On Demand, according to network officials. The video workout features a combination of cardio, strength and toning moves the former Celebrity Fit Club participant used to lose 30 pounds, according to network officials.
Along with the video, ExerciseTV will provide additional free mini workouts and bonus footage.
"If you have ExerciseTV On Demand, your summer workout program starts with Nicole Eggert just by picking up the remote," said Chris Mansolillo, president of ExerciseTV, in a statement. "Like trying on a bikini, Nicole Eggert's 21-Day Red Hot Bikini Body Makeover can be sampled for free."
