Adelphia Communications Corp. said Wednesday that it filed Exhibit P to its fourth amended disclosure statement with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The new filing contains additional information about potential ranges of recoveries based on assumptions provided by certain constituents, the MSO said.
Adelphia filed its fourth amended disclosure statement and related plan of reorganization Monday.
