Falcon Targets Small Telcos

Falcon Communications rolled out its IP/Complete IPTV-delivery system for smaller telecommunications providers.

The company said IP/Complete includes: fully flexible 145-channel selection (with 30 HDTV channels coming in 2007); local off-air RF HD channels, with four included and standard in system; fully secure and encrypted signal throughout; five-meter dishes with only a single on-site relay rack; emergency-alert system standard across all channels; and one-call service-team response on any portion of the network.

Falcon is wrapping up beta-site test fulfillment and full-service turn-on this month at BPS Telephone in Bernie, Mo.
