Former Adelphia Communications Corp. chief technology officer Marwan Fawaz was named CTO at Charter Communications Inc., replacing Charter CTO Wayne Davis, who left the company for personal reasons.
Adelphia is about to be swallowed up by Time Warner Cable and Comcast Corp.
Fawaz joined Adelphia in 2003 and, at one time, served as regional vice president of operations at Charter’s Northwest region.
