Jeffrey A. Feinberg has joined GE Commercial Finance Global Media & Communications as senior vice president, origination.
Feinberg had been a director for the telecommunications group of CIBC World Markets' investment-banking division.
At GE, he will be responsible for originating capital transactions in the middle-market telecommunications sector, with areas of focus including wireless, wireline, cable and towers.
