Posing a little competition in a market controlled by one of Comcast Corp.'s former AT&T Broadband systems, Vivid Networks and Big Sky said they're building a fiber-to-the-home network to serve 1,000 residents and businesses in the Baxter Meadows development in Bozeman, Mont.
