BBC World News is now part of Verizon Communications’ FiOS TV channel lineup.
The 24-hour news channel “telecasts to more than 200 countries and territories across the globe, yet few U.S. cable companies offer it," Verizon vice president of FiOS TV content and programming Terry Denson said in a prepared statement. "We're delighted to give our customers another distinctive choice that further serves their diverse interests and isn't found on most competing systems."
