Verizon Communications is now taking orders for its Verizon FiOS TV service in parts of Town of Oyster Bay hamlets Bethpage, Hicksville, Jericho and Plainview, N.Y.
The regional Bell operating company began taking orders for its video service in parts of Massapequa, Seaford, Syosset and Woodbury June 27.
The Oyster Bay Town Board voted unanimously May 9 to grant Verizon a franchise to provide television services for the town's unincorporated villages.
