Vipp Jaswal has joined Fox News as vice president of international distribution.
Jaswal had been with HSBC Holdings plc.
At Fox News, he will be responsible for expanding the reach of Fox News Channel internationally, along with managing the network's distribution in Asia.
Jaswal reports to senior VP of international distribution Janet Alshouse.
