Freeform will end its long-running drama series The Fosters with a three-night series finale event debuting on June 4, the network said Wednesday.
The series, which follows a multi-ethnic family mix of adopted and biological teens raised by two moms, will end its fifth and final season with three shows running June 4 through the series' June 6 finale, the network said. The three shows will feature several guest stars, including Abigail Cowen (Wisdom of the Crowd), Robert Gant (Queer as Folk), Susan Walters (Teen Wolf), Beau Mirchoff (Awkward) and Spencer List (The Bachelors), said network officials.
The Fosters is produced by Nuyorican Productions, Inc. in association with Freeform, with Greg Gugliotta, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina serving as executive producers for the series.
