FX Networks Drives Deal For `Furious 7’
FX Networks has added box office hits Furious 7, Home and The Longest Ride to its stable of hit movies as part of a multi-film licensing deal the network announced Thursday.
Furious 7 has grossed more than $250 million at the box office, while the animated Home has earned $130 million, said FX. The Longest Ride has garnered $15 million since its April 10 premiere, according to Box Office Mojo.
FX has also secured exclusive TV rights for its FX, FXX and FXM networks for Taken 3 and Kingsman: The Secret Service, $125 million domestic box office threshold, network executives said.
