FYI has greenlit a new series called Midnight Feast to add to its lifestyle programming as it undergoes its transformation from the former Bio Network. The network also ordered two hour-long pilots, Say It To My Face and Reverse Course.
Midnight Feast is an hour-long cooking competition show hosted by chef Spike Mendelsohn and set in New York's Chelsea Market, which contestants scour for ingredients while cooking dishes for judges. FYI has ordered six episodes of the hour-long show.
The pilot for Say It To My Face pits chefs and restaurant owners face-to-face with online critics, allowing them to hash out disagreements and work towards renovating the restaurant based on the critic's recommendations.
Reverse Course features chef Sam Talbot following the story of food in reverse — from table to farm.
Production on all projects begins immediately.
