In anticipation of its July 2014 debut, FYI has ordered two new hour-long pilots, You’re The One and Marry Me... Today (both working titles). Both series fit in with the former Bio’s rebranding as a contemporary lifestyle network.
You’re The One, a reality series that reconnects former couples, is hosted by journalist and documentarian Cherry Healey. Each episode of Marry Me... Today follows a groom who surprises his girlfriend with an engagement and a wedding within the same day.
You’re The One is produced for FYI by Nerd TV with executive producers Jago Lee, John Farrar and Sarah Lazenby. FYI’s executive producers are Gena McCarthy and Toby Faulkner.
Marry Me... Today was created in partnership with digital wedding site The Knot and produced by 44 Blue Productions. The executive producers of the series are 44 Blue’s Stephanie Drachkovitch, The Knot’s Carley Roney and Danielle von Zerneck, and FYI’s Gena McCarthy and Lauren Wohl.
Production begins immediately on both series.
