Gates, Eisner Launch ISP

Microsoft Corp. is looking to steal some thunder from the release of America
Online 8.0 with a new Internet service that's co-branded with The Walt Disney
Co.

Microsoft chairman Bill Gates and Disney chairman Michael Eisner broke news
of the new 'Disney on MSN' service Thursday in New York. The software combines
Microsoft's 'MSN 8' software with kid-friendly content from Disney.

'Disney on MSN combines the ultimate resource for family content with
technology that families can trust,' Gates said, referring to the bevy of
parental controls that come with the service.

Disney on MSN costs $21.95 per month.
