Comverse Technology Inc. announced that its “Kenan” billing software was deployed by General Communication Inc., the cable operator in Anchorage, Alaska.
GCI is using Kenan’s “FX” software to provide billing, customer-care, ordering and mediation services for its video, voice, data and wireless bundle.
