ADC Telecommunications Inc. has opened a new network-equipment test facility in Marietta, Ga.
The vendor said its network-integration center is designed to perform proof-of-concept testing for customers and to test the performance of network elements being installed by ADC prior to shipment.
Testing of equipment used for dense-wavelength-division multiplexing will be one of the new facility’s primary purposes, ADC said.
