Great American Country Renews 'Farm Kings'
Great American Country has renewed Farm Kings for a fourth season. The new season, which premieres this fall, will feature ten 60-minute episodes of the King family’s life on a Pittsburgh-area farm.
The third season of Farm Kings posted double-digit audience gains among P25-54, making it one of the most popular series on the Scripps Networks Interactive-owned network.
“Farm Kings is a genuine American family story, sometimes raw and dramatic, but always authentic and fun. Much like our recent original series pick-ups Highway Cowboys and Junk Gypsies, this series is an example of how viewers gravitate to our programming focused on uniquely American experiences. Farm Kings appeals to a consumer segment that advertisers find desirable - proud, patriotic people who share a common work ethic, who are chasing the American dream and who have spending power,” said Steven Lerner, senior vice president of programming and development for Great American Country, HGTV and DIY Network.
