Game Show Network has acquired the rights to Buena Vista Television’s Who
Wants to Be a Millionaire.
The deal will mark the first time the hit game show -- which ran on ABC and
was hosted by Regis Philbin -- will be seen since their original airings.
The Emmy Award-winning series will debut on GSN Sunday, Oct. 12, in a special
four-hour "Super Millionaire Sunday" marathon. It will then air on the network
every day at 8 p.m. and midnight.
