Keith Hall has rejoined Insight Communications Co. Inc. as vice president, government relations.
Hall -- who worked at Insight from 2001-03, when he was responsible for government and regulatory affairs and worked closely with the National Cable & Telecommunications Association on congressional issues -- had been with the administration of Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher.
In his new role at the MSO, he will again be responsible for the overall strategic direction of Insight's government and regulatory policies at the federal, state and local levels.
Hall reports to CEO Michael Willner.
