Hallmark Announces New Hire, Promotion

Stephanie Davis joined Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel as vice president, Western region.

Davis had been director of affiliate sales at Scripps Networks.

Hallmark also promoted Blaine Oberhardt to director, sales operations, from database manager.
