Harris had been president of British Telecommunications plc's business-services division.
ntl’s business division provides communications services to more than 70,000 businesses and public-sector organizations across the United Kingdom. The company is the United Kingdom's largest MSO and broadband supplier, with 3 million residential customers including more than 1 million broadband customers.
