Hayashi’s Mind Added to Mindspeed

Time Warner Cable senior vice president of advanced engineering and subscriber technologies Michael Hayashi has been elected to the board of directors at Mindspeed Technologies Inc.

Mindspeed designs, develops and sells semiconductor-networking solutions for communications applications in enterprise, access, metropolitan and wide-area networks.
