Jay Herratti has joined HSN as senior vice president of strategy and business development.
Herratti had been executive VP at Gordon Bros. Group LLC.
In his new role at the TV and Web retailer, he will be responsible for defining HSN's growth and acquisition strategy; prospecting, analyzing and managing potential acquisitions; developing strategic alliances and partnerships; and identifying and responding to external market and technology trends.
