HGTV Counts 80M Subs

Home & Garden Television, which added 4 million subscribers on 500 cable
systems over the past year, has reached the 80 million-subscriber plateau,
according to Nielsen Media Research.

The Scripps Networks property launched Dec. 30, 1994.
