History Channel Promotes Maday

published Veteran History Channel programmer Charlie Maday has a new role, having been named senior vice president of military programming and public affairs, officials confirmed Tuesday.
Maday is now in charge of creating military programming for several A&E Networks channels, supervising Military History Channel, and developing military-oriented content for it and The History Channel and History Channel International. He is also supervising and building the content on MilitaryHistory.com and Veterans.com.
Maday’s previous title was senior vice president of programming for The History Channel, a role he assumed in March 2000.
