Laura Hom has joined GE Commercial Finance as a senior vice president serving on its structuring team.
Hom had been executive director, leveraged-finance group, media and telecommunications for CIBC World Markets Corp.
She will report to Susan Hanna, capital-markets managing director, global media and communications.
