The Hub Network To Air 'Blossom'
The Hub Network has secured a deal to air Blossom for the first time on cable television. The series’ five season run was originally broadcast on NBC, from 1991 to 1994.
Episodes of the sitcom, which featured Mayim Bialik as the titular character responsible for real life trends such as the “floppy hat,” will air weekdays at 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. ET.
The return of the series is also notable for its numerous guest appearances, which include actors such as Will Smith, Tobey Maguire, Neil Patrick Harris, Alex Trebek, Arsenio Hall, as well as NBC’s own ALF.
The Hub Network has licensed the series in its entirety from the Disney-ABC Television Group, with 113 episodes spanning five seasons. The network will begin airing episodes on Monday, July 7.
