Hunt Replaces Chabin at PROMAX/BDA

PROMAX/BDA said Friday that Lee Hunt was named interim managing director of PROMAX/BDA and the Association of Electronic Interactive Marketers.
Hunt succeeds Jim Chabin, whom a source said was placed on administrative leave.
Hunt, currently vice chairman of PROMAX/BDA -- which represents marketing design professionals -- sold his design firm, Lee Hunt Associates, to Razorfish in the late 1990s.
ABC Entertainment executive vice president of marketing Jim Benson, who also serves as PROMAX/BDA chairman, made Friday’s announcement.
Hunt will be charged with organizing the group’s annual PROMAX/BDA North American Conference, which runs June 12-14 in New York.
