ICTV Inc. is bringing its interactive-television products to Europe.
The company said Tuesday that it is forming ICTV Europe, to be based in the United Kingdom and led by managing director Rick Cluthe, who will also hold the post of senior vice president at ICTV.
Cluthe had been senior VP and managing director of customer-management and billing-software supplier DST Innovis Ltd.
