Controversial documentaryWMD: Weapons of Mass Deception will make its exclusive television debut on The Independent Film Channel Sunday, Sept. 11 at 10 p.m. (EST/PST), the network said Thursday.
The network said WMD “chronicles the ‘two wars’ being staged in Iraq -- one fought with armies, soldiers, bombs and a fearsome military force, the other with cameras, satellites, armies of journalists and propaganda techniques.”
Danny Schechter -- a media critic for more than four decades and a former reporter and producer for Cable News Network and ABC News -- directed WMD.
