itaas Sets S-A Developers’ Confab
itaas Inc. will hold its invitation-only “Interactive ‘05” conference at the Busbee Center in Atlanta Oct. 20-21.
The event is intended to support developers that are building applications for Scientific-Atlanta Inc.’s digital-cable platform, and Multichannel News and Broadcasting & Cable are its exclusive media sponsors.
“Interactive ‘05 will be the only place where application developers can connect one-on-one with executives from all of the major North American MSOs and Scientific-Atlanta," itaas CEO Vibha Rustagi said in a prepared statement.
“This high-energy conference will provide attendees with ‘best practices’ for developing [interactive-TV] applications,” he added. “Additionally the conference provides an opportunity to learn first-hand about MSOs’ applications and OCAP [OpenCable Application Platform] road maps.
