Hallmark Channel’s “Big Month of Westerns” July programming stunt helped to propel the network to an all-time primetime-ratings high for the month.
Hallmark posted a 1.0 Nielsen Media Research primetime rating for July, up 25% from July 2003.
The network said 21 of its primetime Westerns posted ratings of 1.0 or higher, highlighted by its original movie, The Trail to Hope Rose, which debuted July 3 and earned a 1.3.
