Tracy Katsky has joined Home Box Office as senior vice president and head of HBO Independent Productions.
Katsky had been senior VP of comedy development at Fox Broadcasting Co., where she worked on series including Arrested Development, Bernie Mac and Andy Richter Controls the Universe.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the development and production of all programming under the HIP banner.
