Showtime Networks Inc. has promoted Faye Katz to vice president, entertainment public relations.
Katz had been director, consumer PR.
In her new post, she will oversee the creation and execution of publicity and media-outreach campaigns for the network's key original series and movie programming, serving as the liaison between Showtime and major national consumer media including major-market newspapers, national magazines and national broadcast outlets.
She continues to report to SNI senior VP of PR Robin McMillan.
