Craig Kugler has joined ICTV Inc. in the newly created position of senior vice president, customer service and operations.
Kugler had been director of development at DST Innovis Inc.
In his new role, he will direct and manage all aspects of the interactive-TV-software vendor's ongoing customer relationships including product-deployment management, technical services, professional services and customer service. Kugler will also have overall responsibility for ICTV's quality-assurance and manufacturing operations.
