Jay Kushner has joined Viacom Inc. as vice president and general tax counsel.
Kushner had been executive VP and chief financial officer of Young & Rubicam Inc.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the worldwide tax affairs of Viacom and its subsidiaries, reporting to executive VP and CFO Michael J. Dolan.
