Court TV veteran Dan Levinson is leaving the network at the end of May.
Levinson -- who joined the network in 1996 as senior vice president of marketing -- has been serving as executive VP of marketing since 1999.
Prior to joining Court TV, he spent more than 13 years in marketing at Home Box Office.
Officials said the network is already speaking with candidates to succeed Levinson.
