Beth Lewand joined Fuse as vice president of digital media.
Lewand had been VP of digital-media programming and production at Comedy Central.
At Fuse, she will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of multiplatform initiatives across mobile, video-on-demand and online mediums by leveraging the network's original programming slate.
