Liberty Media Corp. rejected an offer to buy Microsoft Corp.'s 25 percent
stake in struggling U.K. MSO Telewest Communications plc Monday for a second
time.
Liberty, which holds 20 percent of Telewest, had the first crack at
Microsoft's stake as part of an earlier deal.
Liberty sold 5 percent of its Telewest stake to Bill Bresnan last
month.
