Ascent Media Group Inc. said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of London Playout Centre Ltd. from RTL Group S.A. subsidiary FremantleMedia Ltd.
LPC provides channel-origination and transmission services in Europe, transmitting more than 1,400 hours of television programming per day, across 50 channels, from a range of dedicated and multichannel broadcast suites.
Ascent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Media Corp.
