Charles M. Lillis has been elected to Charter Communications Inc.’s board of directors, the MSO announced Tuesday.
Lillis was chairman and CEO of MSO MediaOne Group Inc. until 1997. Prior to that, he held various senior-management positions within U S West Inc., MediaOne’s predecessor.
"I'm pleased to have recruited Chuck to our board," Charter chairman Paul Allen said in a release. "His wealth of business knowledge and experience in the cable-television industry will be an asset to the board and our leadership team."
