Charter Communications Inc. said in a securities filing Wednesday that Charles Lillis informed the St. Louis-based MSO Jan. 27 that he will resign from its board of directors within 60 days.
Lillis, former chairman and CEO of MediaOne Group Inc., has been a member of Charter’s board since October 2003 and is a member of several Charter board committees, including the audit committee.
He currently serves on the board of directors of Medco Health Solutions Inc., and he is managing partner of Lone Tree Capital, a private-equity partnership based in Denver.
