Lucent Technologies completed its acquisition of certain net assets related to the business operations of Riverstone Networks
Lucent gained approval in March from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware to acquire the assets of Riverstone, a supplier of Ethernet routers, following the agreement the two parties entered into Feb. 7. Lucent paid approximately $207 million for the assets.
