Mike Mandelker has joined Fox News Channel as vice president of Eastern sales.
Mandelker had been executive VP, network sales at UPN.
At Fox News, his responsibilities will include supervising the New York sales staff and their outside territories, direct-response sales and new business development.
He reports to senior VP of advertising sales Paul Rittenberg.
