McCaskill Promoted To Chief Programming Officer
Suddenlink has promoted long-time cable programming executive Patty McCaskill to chief programming officer, reporting to executive vice president and chief financial officer Mary Meduski.
McCaskill, who has more than 30 years experience in the industry, joined Suddenlink in 2003 as senior vice president of programming. Prior to joining Suddenlink, McCaskill served as vice president of programming and pay-per-view at Charter Communications. McCaskill was named a "Wonder Woman" in 2009 by the editors of Multichannel News, is a member of the Cable Pioneers Class of 2002 and serves on the board of directors of the National Cable Television Cooperative.
"Patty has distinguished herself at Suddenlink and throughout our industry as a leader in the areas of programming and content acquisition," Meduski said in a statement. "Her leadership has been critical to advancing Suddenlink's operating strategy and securing must-see programming for our customers in a cost-effective manner."
In a separate move, Suddenlink also promoted David Agnew to vice president information technology/customer care and Beth Petti to vice president of Information technology/program management. Both report to senior vice president and chief information officer Bob Putnam. .
