Miller Named Turner CFO

Turner Broadcasting System Inc. has named Vicky Miller executive vice
president and chief financial officer, replacing Wayne Pace, who was promoted to
CFO of Turner's parent, AOL Time Warner Inc., earlier this month.

Miller had most recently served as CFO of Turner Entertainment Group.

In her new job, she will oversee all financial operations of TBS related to
its domestic and international news, entertainment, sports, sales, distribution
and properties units. Miller will continue to be based in Atlanta and will
report to TBS chairman and CEO Jamie Kellner.

Prior to joining Turner in 1991, Miller was CFO of Bonnet Resources Corp., an
affiliate of BancOne; senior vice president and treasurer of Florida National
Banks of Florida Inc.; and vice president of Wachovia Bank of Georgia.

'No one in the organization has a more thorough knowledge of Turner
Broadcasting and a more comprehensive understanding of the wide-ranging factors
influencing its performance,' Kellner said in a prepared statement.

Miller will oversee Turner's senior financial executive team, which includes
Brad Ferrer, executive vice president of finance and administration for the CNN
News Group; Ivar Fitje, senior vice president of finance and administration,
Turner Broadcasting System International Inc.; Jim Gewert, senior vice president
of finance for domestic sales and distribution, TBS Inc.; and John Kampfe,
senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer, TBS
Inc. Alec Fraser, president of Turner Properties Inc., will also report to
Miller.

She will name her successor at Turner Entertainment Group in the coming
weeks.
