Andy Missan has joined MobiTV as vice president and general counsel.
Missan had been VP, general counsel and corporate secretary at Danger Inc., developer of T-Mobile USA Inc.’s “Sidekick.”
At “the first global television network and technology platform targeting the 1.6 billion mobile-phone and handset users worldwide,” he will oversee legal affairs and general corporate matters.
