Alfred Mockett has joined Motive Inc. as chairman and CEO.
Mockett had held the same posts at American Management Systems.
He succeeds Scott L. Harmon, who founded the provider of broadband-management software in 1997. Harmon will continue to work with Motive as a consultant.
