MSNBC.com Chips In on ‘MSN Video’

Microsoft Corp.’s new "MSN Video" service now boasts free, exclusive broadband content from MSNBC.com (www.msnbc.msn.com), Microsoft said Thursday.

MSN Video users can now view breaking news and top stories on-demand, with the ability to build playlists, all free-of-charge.

"We've seen for years that people looking for news want to see images," MSNBC.com president and general manager Scott Moore said in a release.

"Whether it's video of a bearded Saddam Hussein, a Today show concert or updates from the presidential campaign, MSNBC.com is committed to keeping news video free on the Web," he added.
